All customers who use the Services ("Users") are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Special provisions, guidelines, the Standard Travel Business Conditions prescribed under the Travel Agency Act, and the terms and conditions of airlines, accommodation providers, transport operators, local handling agents, and other travel suppliers (collectively, "Related Terms") form part of these Terms. The detailed conditions after contract formation (travel fee, payment timing, cancellation charges, etc.) are governed by these Terms, Related Terms, and any contract document or travel conditions booklet separately provided.
Article 5 — Payment
Users must pay the travel fee by the date specified by the Company, using credit card, bank transfer, or another payment method designated by the Company.
If payment is not confirmed by the due date, the Company may treat the booking as cancelled and charge the applicable cancellation fee.

If a dispute arises between a User and a third party in connection with use of the Services, the User shall resolve it at their own responsibility and expense, and the Company shall have no involvement.
For damages caused by force majeure during the execution of travel — including accidents, natural disasters, transportation delays or cancellations — the Company will respond in accordance with the Standard Travel Business Conditions and the terms of airlines and other suppliers, and assumes no liability beyond that.
